Important Information

Cancellations/Late Arrivals

A 100% cancellation charge will automatically be applied for any treatment(s) not cancelled with Seabreeze at least 24 hrs prior to appointment time.

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment and in some cases we may be forced to reschedule your appointment.

All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

We accept cash, laser and all major credit cards.

All prices quoted in Euro and are subject to change without prior notice.

A booking deposit of 50% is required for all appointments. Deposit may be tranferred to another treatment or product if required notice is given however they are non refundable.

Gift Vouchers

Voucher code must be quoted at time of booking and presented on the day of treatment. Gift vouchers bought on promotion are valid for 12 months. They cannot be used to purchase products or in conjunction with another offer. must be a minimum value of €50. lost or stolen vouchers can not be redeemed as the code is needed at back of card to scan for value.

Courses

We offer courses of treatments to provide you with the best value for money.

Discounted courses are valid for 6 months only.

Your Appointment 

To maximise your experience, we ask you arrive 15mins prior to your appointment time. This will be used for your personal consultation and for you to relax into your surroundings.

We require that all new clients fill out a health questionnaire before their treatment.

Failure to arrive before your treatment to allow time for this may result in your appointment time being reduced. 

Health Conditions 

If you have any allergies, are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition or have any health/skin conditions, however minor you are obliged to advise your therapist(s) verbally on each visit before each treatment. Please also advise us of any health conditions when making booking.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date.

Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Receipt Required: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:Sale or clearance itemsGift cardsPerishable goodsPersonal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we will happily assist with finding a suitable replacement. Any price difference will be given back as credit.

Online Purchases: For items purchased online, the same conditions apply as to in salon purchases. cost of postage for a return is the customers responsibility. Once items are accepted back in salon and meet the returns criteria a refund will be processed.
